Valeri Base Neon Collection is a collection of summer bright neon camouflage bases that will perfectly replace neon gel polishes and speed up the work of the manicurist in performing a colored coating. Easy to apply, rich colors and well pigmented, thanks to which they cover the nail plate well. Very self-leveling. Bases of medium hardness and consistency (more liquid). Can be applied without a Rubber Base, as they have excellent adhesive properties.
